Sunderland Multi-agency Carers Strategy Consultation

Sunderland City Council is leading on the revision of the multi-agency Carers Strategy. The aim is to provide a shorter, more user friendly strategy that can respond to carers changing needs.

Sunderland Council particularly wants to hear from people who are in caring roles, as well as professionals and practitioners who provide services to carers and the people they care for. We also welcome the views of others who have an interest in the Carers agenda, for example who may be a friend or relative of a carer, or may have previously been a carer themselves.

These views will be used to develop a Strategy to improve outcomes for carers and provide a direction of travel for the council and its partners.
