To make a referral to the Children's Social Work Service please download and complete the Child Protection/Safeguarding Concern Referral Form (. You must send the referral form to the contact details listed on page 4 and not to the SSCB.
In an emergency, or if the child is in danger, you must call the Police on 0845 6043043.
